Collaborating

When you communicate with others, you think together. When you collaborate, you work together—each doing your part and bringing something unique to the project. Look around you. Most things you see are the result of collaboration. Every building, every computer, every meal, every class—all of it requires the collaboration of dozens or hundreds of people, sharing the work to accomplish a big job. This chapter focuses on how people work together to achieve a common goal.
